Alternative Climate
We are in the middle of a Climate Crisis, and here at Alt-Ruin we create fashion that is as sustainable as we can.
From our supplier being Fair-trade, Ethical and Organic, to our dyes having less chemicals, our inks being vegan, our packaging being biodegradable (and many more)!
We do what we can to create long lasting and low impact garments, and will always encourage slow fashion.
Alternative People
Here at Alt-Ruin we believe everyone should be free to be themselves. Thats why all our garments are always gender neutral and available in sizes XS-XXL.
It is important to us to be as inclusive as possible and so if you have any requests or suggestions please let us know, we are currently looking into expanding our size range however this takes time as a very small business!
This is also why we chose to create images for our “Be You” range specifically not following gender norms, to emphasise that it does not matter how you dress, what shoes you wear or if you wear makeup or not, be you!
Alternative Ruining
All of our garments are hand “ruined” by us, and so each one tells it own story, something that is super important to us, and we hope you agree!
We also offer to ‘ruin’ your existing garments through our Re-Worked Service. Whether it’s to mend a tear or hide a stain, we can sew, print or dye most existing clothes to give them a new lease of life!
